About the event
We will begin with a cacao ceremony, connecting with this beautiful heart opening plant medicine and our own energy.
When we dance, immersed in the music with individual headsets, we will move with intention, connecting to our own rhythm and allowing ourselves to move freely with no judgement.
This is a personal journey, freedom to move in the studio, just be, feel, move, repeat.

We finish with a closing circle and breath work to begin integrating your mindful dance experience 💕
