By purchasing The Power Swipe (the "Programme"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Programme Overview

The Power Swipe is a 5 day online experience delivered entirely within a private Telegram group, including pre-recorded trainings, written content, and community support.

A VIP upgrade may be available, which includes a 45 minute 1:1 call via Zoom.

All details of what is included are outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. Access & Delivery

Access to programme materials is provided digitally, within the private Telegram group.

Any live elements (e.g. Q&As, voice/video drops) will be delivered within Telegram. Replays or recap notes may be provided at my discretion but are not guaranteed.

Access to the private Telegram group is for the duration of the Programme only, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for ensuring you have Telegram installed and the necessary technology and internet access to participate.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this Programme, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are offered under any circumstances.

Payment plans (if offered) are a commitment to pay the full amount. Missed or failed payments may result in access being removed.

If you are unsure whether this Programme is right for you, please do not purchase.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on your effort, implementation, and personal circumstances.

  • This Programme is educational and coaching-based and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • I do not promise specific relationship, dating, or personal outcomes.

5. VIP Option (If Purchased)

If you purchase the VIP upgrade:​

  • VIP is non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided inside The Power Swipe — including but not limited to trainings, audios, frameworks, worksheets, written content, and messaging — are my intellectual property.

You may:

  • Use the materials for your own personal, individual development.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or repurpose the materials (in whole or in part).

  • Teach the frameworks as your own.

  • Share access or materials with anyone else.

Breach of this clause may result in removal from the Programme without refund.

7. Confidentiality & Community Standards

The Telegram group is a confidential space. You agree not to share screenshots, recordings, or private discussions outside the Programme.

Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches community standards without refund.

8. No Transfer of Access

Your purchase grants access to you only. Sharing login details, materials, or access with another person is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of participating in this Programme.

  • My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
